Kısaca olayın bir özetini yapayım.

Ben kendi adım olan domaini 1999 yılında tescil ettim. İki yıllık bu süreç içinde herhangi bir problem yaşamadım.
Daha sonra domainin renew süresi geldiğinde whois çektim ve domainin 2003’e uzadığını gördüm pek bir anlam veremedim.
Daha sonra anladım ki eski tip domain olduğu için birisi şifresiz olarak benim domainin parasını ödemiş (tabii ki sahte kredi kartıyla). Ödeme yapıldıktan sonra para geri çekilmiş Network Solutions’da silinecekler listesine koymuş. Üç hafta önce domaini kapatmıştı ve tarih de 2003 olarak geçiyordu. Bende bunun üzerine powerpipe.com adresli firmaya domaini transfer etmek istedim ve olaylar başladı.

Powerpipe'a transfer için izin verilmedi. Nedenini araştırdığımızda olay ortaya çıktı.
Daha sonra birçok yazışma yaptım, o yazışmaları da ekleyeceğim. Daha sonra Netsol olduğunu sanıyorum önce domaini bir alman firmasına transfer etti, sonrasında ise dotster.com üzerinden birisi aldı. Ancak çok talep edilen bir isim değil domainim ki domain düşse ben alırdım. Sürekli bakıyordum whoise.

Kurtarma şansımız olabilir mi acaba domaini. Çünkü bu hali netsol’dan kaynaklanıyor kesinlikle eminim. Netsol’a mail atıyorum cevap yok canlı chat’tende sonuç alamıyorum.
Domainin eski admin mail’i bende ( daghan_uzgur@yahoo.com )
bu konuyla ilgili ne yapılabilir..

cok yazik daha önce netsol fax'la site hacklenmelerine izin veriyordu, simdi ise ortada böyle bir durum var. renew services isimli bölüm herkese acik bir sekilde yer aldigi sürece, netsol'da domaini bulunan herkesin basina gelebilecek bir durum.

Netsol eskiden maille de dns degistirmeye izin veriyordu. Anonymous mail atarak istediğin sitenin dns lerini kendi hostuna hazırladıgın hack page ne yönlendirebiliyordun. Tabi özellikle bilen biri tarafından güvenlik olayı açılmamışsa (encrypt-pw olayı falan)
Şimdi ise çok şükür tekrar gelen maile maille karşılık verip maille gönderdikleri kodun geri reply yapılmasını istiyorlar. Kod da sürekli değişik gönderildiği için mail From ile hack olayı tarihe karışmış oluyor. Aynı şeyin kullanıcı bilgileri değişirken kod istenmediğini duydum. Deneyen var mı? Yani birisi anonymous mail ile kullanıcı bilgilerini değiştirip (yani email falan dahil) sonra o mailden rahat rahat dns değişikliği yapabilir mi?

appeared as 2003, then the people who paid (it wasn't
me ) somehow disputed the charge or something which
led to the cancellation of my domain and then they
overtook the domain name, which they are selling for
550 dollars now. This is a new way of stealing domain
names, and a new way of cybersquatting. I am a victim
of these actions and I would like to get my domain
name back for which I worked very hard to promote.
Daghan is my name and Daghan has been my domain name
for over 3 years now.. And when all these were
happening I didnt receive a single email from your
company telling me about this problem.

I would like to get it back as soon as possible, and
would like to see the transfer approved as soon as

I never give permission for sale my domain .
Networksolutions delete my name and they sale my
domain. It's unbelievable.
I sent emails about this but they didn't answer .I
think they don't want to transfer my domain name .But
I'm this domain owner. I think I can transfer my
domain another registration company .It's my
selection.
